T.H. Hyde

My friend, T.H. Hyde, is extremely good at writing. *sigh* way better than me. Wanna sample some of her work? (don't tell her I gave it to you)

The Dichotomy of the Egregious and the Good

Tik Tok...Tik Tok. The clock was extremely annoying. Dr. Nickelstein quickly glanced at his clock. I'd better eat my lunch soon... He stood up, and brushed off his lab coat. He had once again made no progress today. Years ago, Queen Weneva had assigned him to do a project, to find out what was good, and what was evil. Dr. Nickelstein had racked his brains for an answer, but he could never figure out. What was the essence of evil? How could you tell what was good, what was pure? Queen Weneva had given him a spacious lab, but he still could not figure it out. Dr. Krink Nickestein thought as he ate, What if we made a list of the good and the bad... Maybe it would help us a bit in the discovery of why good was good, and why bad was egregious... Dr. Nickelstein stood up suddenly, and shouted, "Eureka, I've got it!" And quickly ran to ask for an audience with the queen.
"Queen Weneva, it it pleases you, I would like to say that I've made the next big step in the Dichotomy of the bad and the good. If I were to make a list of all the bad, and all the good, and studied to list carefully, it would be a lot easier than sitting around and thinking. That is, if it pleases you." Dr. Nickelstein smiled shyly.

2. Kaichou Wa Maid-sama

3. Kiss of the Rose Princess

4. Dengeki Daisy

5. Bride of the water god

6. Tail of the Moon

7. Full Moon wo sagashite

8. Ouran High School Host Club

9. Vampire Night

10. Black Bird

11. Hanasakeru Seishonen

12. Inuyasha

So For the next couple of days, I am gonna spend my time doing reviews on these.

MIXED VEGETABLES:

Hanayu Ashitaba is a girl who wants to be a sushi chef, but she is supposed to be inheriting her family patisserie. Hayato Hyuga wants to be a pastry chef, but he is supposed to inherit his dad's sushi shop. Basically, they meet, and they help each other fulfill their dreams. Well sorta. Hanayu Ashitaba is convinced that if she marries into the Hyuga family, she can become a sushi chef without disappointing her dad. The author, Komura Ayumi has been working on this manga since 2005...It is still Ongoing.........

KAICHOU WA MAID SAMA:
Is about a really strict student council president who is poor, and works at a Maid Cafe. She hates boys, and is really mean to them. Then she meets Usui Takumi. He is the boy that every girl likes except for her. Usui finds out that his student council president is actually a part-time maid for a cafe... And then somehow, Usui falls in love with her, and then causes a chain of events........ yeah.

Kiss of the Rose Princess, AKA Barajou no Kiss:

Most girls are crazy about jewelry, but not Anis Yamamoto. Not since her father gave her a rose choker as a child, claiming it was a protective amulet which would safeguard her from harm; however, if she ever took it off (a feat easier said than done!), she would be afflicted by a “punishment” of some sort- not like it matters to her, since the attention it attracts around school from faculty and students alike isn’t something she’s particularly fond of. But after a certain incident causes the choker to disappear, she realizes that this punishment her father spoke of might have been a bit more than she bargained for!

And so that's all for today....

Interesting

So we have a LOT of computers in our house, so technically, half of them are old and broken, and the one that works best is the apple imac, and the toshiba that i'm using right now. So I found an anime called Hanasakeru Seishounen, and it's about this girl who's looking for a husband. The storyline and plot are pretty good, and i think that it's worth watching. I think the age range for this is 10-16, and i would think that the girl acts like she's 16, though she's only 14. The comments on this are good, so i would recommend it.

Genius

What is Genius? I wonder. On my opinion genius is something that people acquire by pushing themselves to their limit. Many people are, in fact, geniuses have been discouraged. Some people are geniuses in their own mind, but some people think that they themselves are idiotic. To become genius, you must first realize: what is your genius?

Art
Inventing
Spelling
Math
Writing
Weaving...........................etc.

Technically, everyone has their own special genius. Take Da Vinci, for example. He was a genius at art, mostly natural art. He was a genius inventor, with mostly war and air stuff. Einstein, he was a genius at math. SO if you push yourself to your limit, you will eventually reach genius.

Silver

Silver is a color that intrigues me. It is elegant, yet daring, sparkly, yet subdued. It is rich in color, yet simple.

What If

So. I've decided to start something. Whenever I don't know what to post, instead of not posting, I'll use a writing prompt and create a storyline and stuff around that.

Bring me a sunset in a cup

A cup that once held tears

Long lost loves that had lifted up

And left you with your fears

The sunset must be bright

But almost at its end

It will be a wonderful sight

Until a farewell it sends

So that was a poem, created by the prompt, "bring me a sunset in a cup." The poems true meaning, is that I want you to bring me a cup of happiness, a cup that used to be sadness. Sadness about dead people, and fears. The happiness has to be happy, but cannot last to long (sigh) it will be a great thing to enjoy, until it ends.

Library

SO I went to the UCSD Knowledge Tree Geisel Library today. Its architecture is really good. From faraway, it looks like a tree, or some sort of up side down pyramid. It has n interesting garden surrounding it, and a tree made of metal in the front of it that is dedicated to those who helped with the making of the Library. It is extremely large, and is very pretty.

Walk Like and Egyptian

Ha ha, first time you've heard from me in a looooooooong time. Not a very dedicated blogger, I'm afraid. between drawing, writing, and doing math summer homework, I'v just been too busy. Anyway, I found this cleopatra headress tutorial at shira.net , and i crocheted it out of Needloft craft cord from Walmart. They also have it at Michaels and Joann's. I got my inspiration from there, but i changed the design to make it fit on my head more. Some people (me, actually) don't like to read crochet designs without pictures, but I can at least write one... here goes:

Ch 4, sl st in first st of chain

Ch 3 (for height) 14 dc, join with sl st

Ch 3 (this counts as one of the dc) crochet two dc in each chain from hook. join with sl st

Ch 3 (this counts as one of the dc) [1 dc in first chain from hook, 2 dc in the next] repeat work until you have reached the beginning of the circle, and sl st to join the ring

Ch 3 (this counts as one of the dc) [1 dc in first chain from hook, 1 dc in the next, 2 dc in the next] repeat work until you have reached the beginning of circle, and sl st to join the ring

Ch 3 (this counts as one of the dc) [1 dc in first chain from hook, 1 dc in the next, 1 dc in the next, 2 dc in the next] repeat work until you have reached the beginning of circle, and sl st to join the ring

Ch 3 (this counts as one of the dc) [1 dc in first chain from hook, 1 dc in the next, 1 dc in the next, 1 dc in the next, 2 dc in the next] repeat work until you have reached the beginning of circle, and sl st to join the ring

you might need to add more rows if your head is bigger then mine. Follow the steps at shira.net for the beading...

Well I'lll tell you a story. When me and my friend were in class, the teacher was telling us not to cuss, but then her phone rang, and somehow, she dropped it on the floor, and the batteries came out ans she was like, "What the h***! what the f****! I got a warranty on this s****..." you do NOT want to know what else she said...the class burst out laughing and the principal heard all of it, cuz his office is next to our classroom...and the teacher got fired..........
